04/14/19 High Point, NC – Karlee Sanderford, previously Miss Garner’s Outstanding Teen, was crowned Miss North Carolina’s Outstanding Teen 2019 this weekend. Sanderford is the daughter of David and Kelli Sanderford of Clayton. Her platform was “Show The Love- Caring for Orphans Around the World.” Sanderford performed a jazz dance to “Proud Mary.” She will advance to the Miss America’s Outstanding Teen Competition in Orlando this Summer.
